Three quick questions
For a weekend in the summer window, four to eight weeks is comfortable. Village festivals and wedding Saturdays can fill the rack earlier, so it is worth asking as soon as the date is firm. Short-notice hires are still possible where a marquee or stage kit is free, and we will always tell you honestly what the yard can support.
Yes. Collection from Clint Mill is by appointment during business hours, and the crew will help you load and check the tag. You will need a vehicle suited to the length of the marquee bags or the number of trestles, and we will confirm the sizes before the day so there are no surprises at the door.
Marquees are anchored for the conditions we expect on the site, and walls and gables can be adjusted to close open sides. Lighting packs are positioned to keep cable runs clear of standing water, and the crew can talk you through a wet-weather plan before the event. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we will advise on changes rather than leave a structure standing beyond its safe limits.
RED ADMIRAL RENTALS LIMITED opens its summer hire window from Clint Mill in Penrith, with weekend marquee slots, stage kits and lighting held on the rack for village festivals, family celebrations and community days across the county.
